FolkTech AI LLC operates folktechai.com and meetserena.ai. This page describes the public website connections and how to contact us about privacy. Product agreements and customer account services are separate.
When you browse
These websites are hosted on Netlify. Page assets include images and videos; fonts load from Google Fonts. Visiting the pages makes network requests to the services that deliver those assets.
When you contact or book with us
Email links open your email application. Appointment links take you to Google Calendar, where the booking form asks for your name, email address and business name. Please share a general description of your workflow rather than confidential documents or sensitive personal information.
Downloads and customer accounts
Mac downloads are delivered through GitHub. The Customer login link opens the separate Serena account portal. Local product processing does not mean that website visits, booking, licensing or updates happen offline.
Privacy questions
For questions about information you have shared, or to request access, correction or deletion, email feedback@folktechai.com. Identify the service and your request without including passwords or confidential source material.
